Carol Sue Thornton, age 68, of Brenham passed away Monday, October 17, 2016 in Scott & White Hospital, Brenham.
Visitation with the family will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Thursday, October 20 in Brenham Memorial Chapel and where funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 21. Burial will follow in Prairie Lea Cemetery.
Carol Sue was born March 17, 1948 in Caldwell, TX to John B. and Hilda (Lahde) Trcalek. She was employed as a bookkeeper and a member of the Cowboy Church.
She was married to Bobby Leigh Thornton.
Survivors include: husband, Bobby Thornton; daughter and son-in-law, Tabatha and husband Derek Butler, son, Bobby L. Thornton II, daughters, Twila Vlaming, Tonya Thornton, Trina Mansfield; 13 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters-in-law, Ronnie and Yvonne Trcalek, Richard and Diane Trcalek; favorite Aunt Louise.
