Obituary

David Alan Wesneski age 25 passed away Wednesday, August 6, 2014 in College Station, Texas. Visitation is from 5-7 pm with Rosary at 7:00 pm, Friday, August 8 at Brenham Memorial Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial is 10:00 am, Saturday, August 9 in St. Mary’s Catholic Church with Rev. Jay Polisetty, Celebrant. Graveside service will follow in Calvary Cemetery.

David was born August 6, 1989 in Brenham to parents Debbie (Goedrich) and Donald Wesneski. He attended Texas A&M, Kingsville before his employment with Southern Cross Pipeline Integrity Service as a foreman. He was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Brenham.

David truly lived his life to the fullest in an unbridled way that most wished they had the courage to do. He had a way of making friends wherever life took him and never met a stranger along the way. He was a selfless kind-hearted man that, with only a smile would brighten anyone's day. He spent his free time in the wilderness hunting and fishing. He would give the shirt off his back to anyone who asked and will be sorely missed by many.

His loving family survives, mother and father Donnie and Debbie Wesneski; sister Kristi Wesneski Harris (husband Gregory) their children Lane, Presley, Paige; sister Angela Wesneski; paternal grandparents Mary and Steve Wesneski; maternal grandparents Theresa and Charles Goedrich; aunt and uncles Shirley Atwood (husband Danny), Steven Ray Wesneski, Darren Goedrich (wife Michelle), Donna Jadloski (husband Mark); great aunts Anne Wesneski and Dorothy Wesneski.

A scholarship fund for Brenham High School students in wildlife studies has been set up at Bank of Brenham, 501 South Austin St., Brenham, TX 77833.
