I will remember all the good times we had on the deer lease and the late night talks we shared hanging around the campfire. Glad we stayed in touch over the years. The world has lost a great loving and caring person. I posted a birthday wish on your Facebook page only to receive a call from your dad two hours later telling me that you had passed. I was shocked and speechless. I still can't believe it. Looking forward to the day we meet again. I'm sure you will have all the good hunting and fishing spots pick out:) All my thoughts and prayers to your family.

The Heritages

David was one of the many boys that came out to our house to hunt birds while attending Texas A&M Kingsville. I must say he left an impression on me as a fine young man. David would never leave an afternoon of hunting without a sincere "Thank You" and almost begging me to have him do some chores as a show of appreciation. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.

We are deeply saddened to hear about David. Sending heartfelt sympathy for all of your family. We pray to God along with all his angels and saints to comfort and support you and to give you strength.

What you wrote about your son, brother is endearing. He sounds like one of the finest young men ever. Even though we did not know him our hearts are saddened that he had to leave this earth so early in his life. May peace come to all of you; it will take time but it will come. God bless you all and He is carrying you during this time of your lives.

David, I only knew you when you were a child but your family was a big part of my life for many years. You were blessed to have an amazing, supportive and loving family. I'm so sorry for your loss. I remember when David was born and when he was little. I thought he was the cutest little boy coming over to Nannie and Pa's house with his dad. I know my parents thought the world of him. My heart aches for you all but he is in paradise looking down at both of you and his sisters with that beautiful smile.

We all love David so much. He has been like family to us. He made such a great impression on my whole family. At work he was quick to establish himself as the go to guy. Present and past employees as well as clients are calling and sharing in the disbelief that we have lost our friend. Our hearts and prayers go out to the family.

I just keep reflecting on the dinners we shared the duck hunts and fishing trips. David will always maintain a special place in our hearts!

Debbie and Family, It was with shock that we heard the news....thinking this could not be and instantly knowing your hearts were in the deepest despair and pain a parent could know.
