I've only known you in a very short time. I'm that time you treated me as though you've known me for a life time. Your expertise and presence has been and will be missed. Thank you for all your help and may your soul Rest In Peace.

Dearest David,

I will miss you so much. Your smile, your OR orthopedic knowledge-especially of where to find any instrument in any facility and most of all you calling out in the OR “Hey RNV” then laughing cause you know it hit the nail on the head with that one.

Your Friend,

RedNeck Vickie (my DK nickname)

To Tara, Madison and Caroline. He loved talking about your trips and was so proud of you girls. My thoughts and prayers are with all of David's family members.

I am so saddened about the passing of David. He always had a smile on his face and was ready to help out. He recently shared with me he wished he hadn't worked as much and had gotten more time to spend with his daughters. He will be sorely missed. Love and prayers to his family
