Edwin Rosenbaum, Jr.

Edwin Rosenbaum, Jr., 86 of Brenham, passed away December 23, 2015.

Visitation will be Wednesday, December 30th from 10:00- 11:00 a.m. in Brenham Memorial Chapel with graveside services at 11:30 a.m. in Prairie Lea Cemetery. Pastor Patricia Lehrer will officiate.

He was born July 13, 1929 in the Zionsville Community of Washington County to Edwin and Annie (Zibilski) Rosenbaum. He was baptized July 13, 1929 at his home by Pastor Karl Mueller. On March 29, 1953, he was confirmed at Zion Lutheran Church of Zionsville by Pastor R.J. Weber. Edwin remained a lifelong member of Zion Lutheran Church. Edwin was educated in the Brenham schools. He was employed 40 years by Brenham Wholesale, from where he retired. Memberships included: Sons of Hermann and Bluebonnet Club at Zion Lutheran.

Surviving family includes: brother, Gene Rosenbaum and wife Tommye of Walnut Grove Mississippi; niece, Jana Ann Rosenbaum; nephews, Adam Rosenbaum and Grant Rosenbaum.
