Eva Jankowiak

Eva Jankowiak, age 97, passed away Tuesday, September 9, 2014 in Kruse Memorial Lutheran Village. Visitation will be 5-7pm with Rosary at 7pm Friday, September 12 in Brenham Memorial Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10am Saturday, September 13 in St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, Chappell Hill with Rev. Jozef Musiol, SDS, JCD as Celebrant. Interment to follow in the church cemetery.

Eva was born November 11, 1916 in Chappell Hill to Palagia (Kaminski) and Mike Jozwiak. She was a member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church and the Altar Society. On September 9, 1933 she married Tom Jankowiak in Chappell Hill.

Survivors include sons, Edwin Jankowiak (wife Dorothy), Robert Jankowiak, Harry Jankowiak (wife Pam), daughter Patsy Faterkowski (husband Albin), son Ronnie Jankowiak (wife Lillian); sister Toni Falk, son-in-law Marion Kuharski, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were parents, husband, infant son Max Jankowiak, son Daniel Jankowiak, daughter Alice Kuharski, 3 brothers and 4 sisters.

The family would like to express their thanks to the Staffs at Argent Court and Kruse Village and the Hospice Group for all their support and care they gave to their mother.
