Gertrude Helen Pawlawski

Gertrude Helen Pawlawski passed away Saturday, December 13, 2014 in Brenham, Texas surrounded by family and friends. A visitation is scheduled from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. followed by a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, December 15 in Brenham Memorial Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, December 16 in St. Stanislaus Catholic Church of Chappell Hill with Rev. Jozef Musiol, SDS, JCD, as celebrant. Interment will follow at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church Cemetery.

She was born was born August 5, 1938 in Chappell Hill, Texas to Joe and Rosie (Gurka) Pawlawski. She was baptized and confirmed in St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Chappell Hill.

Surviving family includes: sisters and brothers-in-law, Verna Prebliske of Port O’Conner, TX, Wanda DeLuke of Brenham, Florence and Harry Kubeczka of Brenham, Ann and Donald Black of Latium, Rosemary and J.C. Adler of Brenham. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

Her parents along with four brothers and two sisters preceded her in death.

Pallbearers will be Dillion Ray Black, Billy Joe Black, Michael Black, Calvin Dodd, Larry Kubeczka and David Ray.
