Howard Hardan

Howard Hardan, 68, passed away at his home in Brenham on July 15, 2016.

Visitation will be at Brenham Memorial Chapel from 6 – 8 p.m., Tuesday, July 19, 2016.

Funeral services will be held at Zion Lutheran Church of Zionsville at 10 a.m., Wednesday, July 20, 2016. Pastor Pat Lehrer will officiate. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Pallbearers will be Michael McMahon, Jonathon Hardan, Steven McMahon, Curtis Meyer, Alex Escorcia, and Nathan Carroll. Honorary pallbearers are former employees of Bothe Ford, Don Koester, and Billie Morgan.

Howard Wayne Hardan was born in Brenham on March 7, 1948, to Herbert and Louise (Niemeyer) Hardan. He graduated from Brenham High School. Howard was employed as a parts manager by Bothe Ford in Brenham for many years.

Howard is survived by: his sister, Sue McMahon and husband Paul; brother, Herbert Hardan; brother, Roy Hardan and wife Bobbi; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews; and special cousin L.W. Miller.

He is preceded in death by his parents, brother Daniel Hardan, sister and brother-in-law Caroline and O.D. Von Minden.
