Lorena (Schwarze) Randermann

Lorena Schwarze Randermann, 93, of Brenham, died Sunday, October 18, 2015 at Scott and White Hospital in Brenham.

A visitation will be Tuesday, October 20th from 5:00- 7:00 p.m. and funeral services will be Wednesday, October 21st at 10:00 a.m. both held at Brenham Memorial Chapel. Rev. Erbey Gonzales will officiate. Burial will follow in Prairie Lea Cemetery.

Mrs. Randermann was born November 16, 1921 to Fritz and Annie Dahmann Schwarze in Wm Penn. She was baptized and confirmed in Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Wm Penn and attended Wm Penn Public School. Mrs. Randermann married Henry Randermann, Jr. January 15, 1942 at St. Matthew Lutheran Church of Sandy Hill. She was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church of Wiedeville, and a member of Lodge No. 6 Sons of Hermann of Brenham. Henry and Lorena were owners and operators of Randermann Grocery of Meyersville for over 60 years.

Mrs. Randermann is survived by: her daughter, Janice Randermann McClendon and Charlie Schroeder; sister-in-law, Mary Randermann Franklin and her husband, Joe. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.

Pallbearers will be: Wilburn Addicks, John Bolcerek, Bruce Randermann, Marcus Randermann, Arnold Dreyer, Jr., Nelson Randermann, Alfred Kalbow and Luke Ladewig. Honorary pallbearers will be the Weekly Coffee Group at Randermann Grocery.

Her family would like to thank the staff of Brenham Rest Home for their excellent care.

In lieu of usual remembrances, the family requests that memorials be made to the Immanuel Lutheran Church of Wiedeville.
