Louise Frances Joswiak, 91, of Brenham passed away Wednesday, August 19, 2009 in Kruse Memorial Lutheran Village.
Mrs. Joswiak was born in Bryan, Texas on August 21, 1917 to parents William and Mary Catherine Gorski Gorzycki. She graduated as an honor student from Brenham High School and attained her Associates of Arts Degree from Blinn College.
On February 7, 1942 she was married to Victor Joswiak. Mrs. Joswiak was employed at Brenham Clinic as a medical transcriptionist.
Her parents, husband, and seven siblings, Josephine, John, Helen, Bruno, Stella, Stanley and William and granddaughter Amy Beth Joswiak preceded her in death.
Survivors are her children and spouses: Danny V. Joswiak and June, Geraldine Hermes and J.C., A. J. Joswiak and Melodee, Patrick J. Joswiak and Colleen and James Joswiak; grandchildren and spouses Misty Womack and Randall, Julie Regan and Peter, Valerie Joswiak, Lori Malinowski and Paul, Stacey Irby and Shannon, Christy Hranicky and Vince, Jennifer Adamek and Gabe, Kelle Pilat and Brent, Ashley Hermes, Remington Joswiak, Regan Joswiak, Renee Joswiak, Scott Joswiak; 18 great-grandchildren; sisters Pauline Gorzycki and Natalie Kelling.
Visitation will be from 6-8 pm, with Rosary recited by Deacon Bill Januszewski at 7pm on Friday, August 21, 2009 in Brenham Memorial Chapel
Funeral Mass will be at 10 am, Saturday, August 22 in St. Mary’s Catholic Church with Monsignor Benedict Zientek and Father David Ivey, Con-Celebrants. Burial will follow in Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Vince Hranicky, Gabe Adamek, Paul Malinovsky, Scott Joswiak, Chris Cangelosi, David Majewski and David Wessinger.
