I had the honor of getting to know Melanie through Total Image hair salon. She always made me smile. I am very saddened to her of her passing but also glad to know that she is no longer suffering and she is now celebrating with the Lord. Even though we are neighbors, I regret not getting to know Melanie. I felt honored to be invited to her wedding. I told Melanie at the wedding that I wished I had gotten to know her better & expressed to her how thankful I was she invited me, and that I was finally getting to meet her. I could tell that she was a kind soul, who loved life & liked to have fun! I know she will be dearly missed.

Although we hadn't talked in quite awhile, we had so many great memories together. I will never forget all the years in school, hanging out at the shop, me being your walking hair billboard( you kept my hair on point with your experiments), going to Walmart just to buy an "I ain't got no friends birthday cake", all our crazy chats, riding around just for the heck of it, & so much more.
