Paul Miller, Jr.

Paul August Miller, Jr., born January 4, 1931, of Carmine, TX passed away suddenly on Monday February 20, 2017. He went to meet his Lord at the age of 86.

A celebration of life memorial service will be held at Brenham Memorial Chapel, 10:00 a.m., Friday, March 10, 2017, with Pastor Patrick McLaughlin officiating.

Paul is preceded in death by the love of his life and wife of over fifty years, Lucile Miller; brother-in-law, Clifton Holt of Texas City; sisters-in-law, Lillie Siebel Dunham of Baytown and Dorothy Siebel of Texarkana.

Paul is survived by his daughter, Paula Kay Miller; sister-in-law, Maryem Holt of Texas City; brother-in-law, Lonnie Siebel of Texarkana; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Paul worked as a banker at South Main Bank in Houston until retirement.

In their younger years, Paul and Cile enjoyed traveling together. One of their favorite places was Hawaii.

After retirement, the couple moved to the homestead of his wife Lucile, in Carmine. There they enjoyed the quiet country life.
