Obituary

Peggy Lynn (Henze) Rybarski, 51 of Brenham, passed away Thursday, July 30 2015 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Houston.

Visitation is from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Friday, July 31 with funeral service at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, August 1 with Rev. Nello Strickland officiating, both in Brenham Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery.

Peggy was born December 19, 1963 in Brenham to Nelvin “Nelda” (Shelton) and Leroy “Pete” Henze. She graduated from Brenham High School and Blinn College Nursing School. Peggy was employed for 20 years in home health care as a Licensed Vocational Nurse. On April 22, 2006, she married Matt Rybarski. Peggy enjoyed cooking, the outdoors, boating, summer activities, loved music, was an avid Cowboy’s fan. She cherished time with her daughters and family. Where ever Peggy went, she brought brightness and laughter. Anyone knowing her would agree, there was never a dull moment in her presence. She will continue to bring smiles to everyone as her memories flood their minds and hearts.

Nursing was her passion because of her call to care for others. She became very close to her patients, as she treated them like family. She was a caretaker in and outside of the home.

Her loving family includes: daughters, Nancy and husband Talal Khan of Dallas, Taylor Herrmann of Brenham; grandchildren, Landon and Aayan Khan; sister, Carol Whiddon and husband Johnnie; brother, Cliff Henze; mother-in-law, Annie Rybarski, along with numerous aunts, uncle and cousins.

Her grandparents, parents, husband, Matt Rybarski; infant brother, Gary Dean Henze and father-in-law, Albert Rybarski preceded Peggy in death.

The family extends a special “Thank You” to Jeanette Palmer for her unwavering care given to Peggy.

Pallbearers are Johnnie Whiddon, Luke Ladewig, Mike Leonard, Kenny Krueger, Mike Hohlt, Duane Ahrens. Honorary pallbearers are Ryan and Aimee Ladewig, Jim and Angie Baker, Ryan and Janna Haevischer and Brenham Quick Mart friends.

Memorials may be given to Hospice Brazos Valley.
