Our deepest sympathy to the Pace family. Pastor Pace was our first Pastor when we moved to Rosenberg. As a new christian I was praying for a church family, the Lord in a miraculous way lead us to East Bernard, where we met this precious family and werebexcited to
helped with the new building. two weeks before the Pace family announced they were leaving to pastor in Brenham the Lord spoke to me while Pastor Pace was preaching and said unfinished work, but Pastor will be leaving. I told no one but my husband. I was a new christian and didn't understand the gifts. I learned so much of the bible from bro Pace preachings and teachings. I have never forgotten this beautiful family. I was wondering,just now, how the family was doing and I googled Marlin Pace and saw the obituary. Will be praying that the God of all peace comfort and strengthen your hearts now and always. Sorry for your loss,

Bro. Pace was a great pastor and a source of encouragement to me during some of the toughest trials of my own ministry. His ministry touched me deeply and I will forever be grateful for his loving impact. May God's comfort be with you all during this time. Thoughts and prayers.

I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Mr. Pace. It was a pleasure taking care of him at The Med. He had an immense amount of love and support from his family which touched all of the staff that took care of him. My prayers are with his family during this trying time. God bless.

Bro. Pace was the kindest, most loving man I knew.

My fondest memory is when he stepped up and played for me to sing for my dad's funeral. On his way to Caldwell he shared with my sister and I that he asked God why he took our daddy so young. And God told him that he had done everything that was asked of him.

I believe this is the case for Bro. Pace as well he was a Great Man of God and will be missed!

He was one of the greatest piano players that ever lived. I will miss hearing him play as I miss my mother's playing as well.

I would like to offer my deepest sympathy and condolences to Brother Pace's family, for he was a kind person who welcomed me and my family into the Assembly of God with a broad smile and a firm handshake. I'll always remember him as a kind soul and a wondrous singer. Our prayers are with you.

We loved him very much and appreciated his ministry while we were pastoring in Caldwell. He was always a blessing to us. He was very supportive of our ministry as well. He was a Godly man who will be missed very much.

Joyce and I would like to extend our condolences to the Pace family. Marlin was always a very nice person and willing to help anyway he could. I have had to ask many times questions when he was at H.E.B.. He would answer the best he could. His church members and family will miss him dearly.

Bro. Marlin was truly one of God's "gentle people." He will
live on through his music---playing, singing, and composing.
I only got to sing to his piano music once, at Cousin Barron's funeral in Snook in 2009. It was a very special moment. Players
of traditional Gospel music have become very few. I will miss him. Go's blessings to his family.

My sincere condolences to the family of Rev. Pace. Doris, if you remember, I worked with you at Weiner's for a while. I didn't know your husband well, just talked to him at H.E.B from time to time and then a couple of years back he came to Burton for one of our Gopel Nights and sang. That was my first and only time to hear him And I was amazed at his voice. My prayers with you sweet lady and the entire family. I pray for peace, comfort, understanding and strength to get you through this sad time!!! May God Be With You All!!!!!!
