Rosie (Riojas) Robles

Rosie Robles, age 57 of Brenham, passed away Wednesday, November 30, 2005 in St. Joseph Hospital in Bryan, TX. Rosie was born February 25, 1948 in Ganado, TX to Miguel and Lois (Loa) Riojas and was a Catholic. She married David Garcia Robles on June 6, 1970 in Victoria, TX.

Her parents and 2 brothers Juan Riojas and George Riojas preceded her in death.

She is survived by her loving husband David Robles of Brenham; sons Tracy Lee Robles of Katy, Randall Scott Guerra of Houston and Rudy Guerra of South Carolina; daughter Michelle Leigh Robles of Houston; 6 grandchildren; 3 brothers Mike Riojas, Fred Riojas and Victor Riojas all of Ganado; 8 sisters Lupe Rodriguez of Louise, TX, Gloria Garcia of Victoria, Mary Luera of Ganado, Frances Soliz of Victoria, Laura Estrada of Ganado, Jo Ann Pena of Victoria, Pearl Riojas and Molly Caballero both of Ganado.

Visitation will be from 5 – 6 p.m. on Friday followed by the Rosary, recited by Monsignor Benedict Zientek, at 6:15 p.m. on Friday, December 2, 2005 in Brenham Memorial Chapel.

Funeral services are at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, December 3, 2005 in Brenham Memorial Chapel with Rev. Dr. Wesley Welborn officiating. Burial will be at 2:30 p.m., Monday, December 5, 2005 in Houston National Cemetery.
