Sarah Zimmermann - Guestbook

Our prayers go out to Sarah's family that they might find the consolation of the Gospel, the same Gospel of Jesus Christ that nurtured Sarah's life and work. Sarah's Ministry was light in a darkened world. God be with you all.

Rest in Jesus' arms my friend. I will always remember your smile, and for those you leave behind, all I can say is you are now with God, in His everlasting life, and pain free.

Dear Zimmermann Family!

Sarah and I developed a friendship over the last four years. She loved her family, students, friends and furry family and shared this each time we spoke. The last personal conversation we had was at Denny's. The smile and love she took time to share will remain in my heart.I will miss our scripture sharing and periodic HELLO's! God bless and keep the family as she is now in no more pain! Her legacy lives!

Love,
Mary Kossie

Ruth, Mark, and your children: I was so sad to learn of Sarah's passing and want to express our sincere sympathy, but can only imagine the rejoicing in heaven upon her arrival. May you be comforted by our Lord & Savior and forever be inspired by Sarah's "little light of mine" which nothing can ever put out. With much love in Christ,

On behalf of the churchwide organization of Women of the ELCA, I offer condolences to the family and friends of Sarah. As an active participant and leader in Women of the ELCA, Sarah helped many women work towards our mission of mobilizing women to act boldly on their faith in Jesus Christ. May the comforting love of God through the Holy Spirit walk with all who mourn her death.

Sarah is a special person in my life, and I treasure the time she served on the synodical Women of the ELCA board while I was president and then blossomed as she took over the president's role a few years later. God has wrapped his arms around her and given her peace and comfort--her earthly battles are over, and she is no longer suffering. Praise God from whom all blessings flow.

Ms. Zimmermann was a awesome teacher who would not mind using her "calling her dog from the pasture" voice. She has touched many lives and she will be truly missed. Rest in Peace Ms. Zimmerman

I had the joy of knowing Sarah in Splendora, she was my son's 3rd grade teacher. Sarah was a wonderful person as well as a teacher. She always kept in touch to see how her "boy" was doing. She loved all of her kids as if they were her own. Sarah was a great friend and will never be forgotten. God bless her family in this trying time. She will be greatly missed.
