Verna Mae Broyles

Verna Mae Broyles, 81, of Brenham and the widow of Chester Broyles passed away in Brenham on Thursday, November 20, 2014. Visitation will be from 2:00-5:00 p.m., Sunday, November 23. Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, November 24; both at Brenham Memorial Chapel. A graveside service will commence on Monday at 3:00 p.m. at Bellwood Memorial Park in Temple, Texas.

Verna Mae was born November 27, 1932 to Fred and Selma (Gaskamp) Reddehase in Washington County, Texas. She was married to Chester Broyles. She was a Senior Citizen Manager in Caldwell and a driver for Brazos Valley Transit System.

Survivors include daughter Shelia German (husband Rodney) and grandson Cory Meschwitz.

Her parents, husband along with brothers, sisters, aunts and uncles preceded her in death.
