My family and I offer our condolences to you and your family. My mom was Maria Uribe and a good friend of your parents. She died June 7, 2016. (Several months before your mom passed away) I think my parents met your parents at church in Prairie View. Your mom was very kind and a good friend to my mom. While going through my mother's things, I found a small unsent present for your mom. (It looks like a little book) I would like to send it to you to either keep or present to your mother. Please email me, and let me know if you would like it along with a mailing address to mail it to you. I know my mom meant to send it. She really loved your mother.

She was a beautiful lady , she was a friend of mine when I worked at the old truck stop .. Juds... She always made me smile and she also would give me words of wisdom on bad days, she will be dearly missed .. And although I didn't get to see her in a long while she left a BIG BIG IMPRESSION IN MY HEART . She was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL ! My deepest sympathy to her loved ones

Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with the family during this difficult time. Grief can be so hard but our special memories help us cope. I particularly remember our special lunches and visits that I was privileged to enjoy with Betty and Virginia. She was a very dear and sweet Southern lady and I will always cherish getting to know Virginia. May God give you comfort in your time of grief.
