I had the upmost pleasure of growing up around Doc at St. John Lutheran of Prairie Hill. Even after I moved away, when I would come “home” to church, he never failed to greet me with the sweetest smile and always a warm “how’s my girl doing”. He was one of a kind and I know Prairie Hill will absolutely miss his sense of humor and the sweet smile he always had on his face. Rest in Eternal peace Doc.
Prayers for all of the Holtkamp family.
