Andrew "Andy" Toms

I am so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with all of the family.

Mrs. Jean,
Please accept my deepest, sincere sympathy. I am so sorry. My heart was broken when I visited with you at Walmart on Wednesday. I helped you load up all those bottles of spring water. I don't know Andy but if he is any thing like his sweet momma, he was a great, caring man.

I will surely miss talking with Andy. He was truly a kind and considerate man who genuinely cared for others as evidenced by his selfless actions.

I will miss seeing Andy's smiling face each day and his wonderful talks we had at work.

I recently sent in a card to Andy and his boss to thank him for his kindness. He was always keeping us safe and giving us help each day.

Prayers for your family in this time, just know God is keeping Andy in His hands. Giving Andy the same care he gave everyone.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Tom family. Andy was one of the most friendly people at Lone Star College. He never failed to share a kind word or funny story. I always looked for him as I drove out of our parking lot in the afternoon. He was faithfully at his station, providing a secure, safe environment for us all and waiving to us on our way home. That is how I will remember him.

Andy served so well and kept true to his faith. Those seem like simple things, yet they are profound when compared against the greed and callousness that too often pervades society.

So very sorry to hear of the loss of your son, Andy. Praying for you & your family.

You touched so many people in so many ways, including me. I will never forget your kind heart and words and your concern and attention for others safety. You will be sorely missed, my friend. System won't be the same without your seeing your face.

I am at such a lost for words.
