Anton F. Machacek

Anton F. Machacek went to be with the Lord on April 1, 2011.

Anton was born on February 1, 1930 in Granger, Texas to Fred and Rosalie Machacek.

He is survived by: his loving wife, Jane Krolczyk Machacek; sons, James and wife Shirley, Anton Jr. and wife Janet; daughters, Sharon Tomczak and husband Leonard, Doris Rupertus and husband Frank; grandchildren, Vicky Rooney and husband Todd, Jana Ayala and husband Reyes, Vincent Sepanio and wife Amanda, Ryan Tomczak, Matthew Machacek, Jennifer Machacek; great-grandchildren, Ashley and Allyson Rooney, Nathanael Ayala, Hunter, Wyatt and Masynn Sepanio; and numerous friends.

Anton Machacek was a member of the Knights of Columbus. He loved his wife, farm, cows, garden and deer hunting, but family was the most important thing to him. He was hardworking and was very proud of his military service.

Visitation with the family will be from 6 to 8 pm Tuesday, April 5 at Brenham Memorial Chapel with Rosary beginning at 7 pm.

Funeral Mass for Anton F. Machacek will be at 10 am Wednesday, April 6 at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Chappell Hill with Rev. FR. Jozef Musiol, SDS, JCD celebrant. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
