Virginia & family,
“Judge” Hodde will be missed by all for countless reasons. He will be remembered for countless more. He should not be forgotten as one of Washington County’s best genealogists: knowing - and remembering - the name and relationships of everyone. For health reasons, we will not visit now, but will look forward to visiting in the near future. Be safe and enjoy God’s blessings.

A.W. will be missed by all of his family and many friends. I will always remember Mr. Hodde playing cards at the VFW with my Dad, Gabby and Onion. What a group...I still recall when I Quail hunted with James and his Dad in South Texas. I hope I will be in half as good of shape as A.W. was in his 80's.
Rest In Peace A.W.

Gwen and family...it is so very difficult to lose a Daddy. You were blessed with a very quiet but strong, sweet daddy. Prayers for you and yours that God wraps His arms around you and holds you close quieting the grief. Your daddy will be waiting for you...isn’t that the best thought ever?!
Much love in friendship, Kathy Lynn

What a fine man! The community has lost a very giving, unselfish, visionary man. Growing up, I heard the name A.W. and without a doubt, knew my Dad thought a lot of your Dad. Blessings of comfort and peace to you all. May his legacy live on forever.
