B. L. "Koppy" Kopycinski

B.L. “Koppy” Kopycinski, 85, of Angleton passed away Sunday, January 21, 2007 in Angleton.

Visitation will be Wednesday, January 24, 2007 from 7-8 p.m. at Palms Funeral Home with a Christian Wake Service to be held at 6:00 p.m.

Funeral Mass will be Thursday at 2:00 p.m. in St. Mary’s Catholic Church of Brenham with Father David Ivey, celebrant. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery in Brenham.

B.L. Kopycinski was born April 1, 1921 in Brenham, Texas to Anthony and Lena Kopycinski. A U.S. Army Veteran, he was preceded in death by: his parents; his wife, Jeannie; sisters, Valeria Kasprowicz and Rose Marie Kopycinski.

Survivors include: his sons, Anthony Lexington Kopycinski and Jean Bernard Kopycinski and his wife Teri all of Angleton; daughters, Michelena Valeria Thompson and Catherine Rose Pellegrino and her husband Ed all of California; sister, Catherine Manthei and her husband Johnny of Richmond; grandchildren, Jeramy Kopycinski, Jacob Thompson, Tony Kopycinski, Jr. and Brandy Thompson; 2 great-grandchildren, Brayden Kopycinski and Lisa Marie Kopycinski.
