Ms. Betty was truly an angel with a beautiful smile. Even with meeting many years ago, she always remembered me, smiled and gave me a hug.
Nancy, James, and Sally, my sincere condolences to you and your families. Please know that your Mom must have completed her work on earth for the good Lord to take her home to be with two of his angels that she has missed almost her whole life.
Hugs and love,
Becky

To see Betty's smile was to view the face of Jesus! She exemplified His love and care in everything she said and did. When Betty asked how you were doing, she truly meant it and would pray for or with you if you asked. I loved hearing her offer encouragement to friends and even strangers. Betty's heart was so full of Jesus's love, I'm not sure how it fit within her chest cavity. Even though she'd been through so much personal loss she never let it dim her burning light for Christ. My admiration for her was tremendous! Rest in peace beautiful lady. Your work on earth is done

I was so blessed to be among Betty's friends. I first met her in person at our weekly card game, but she had already been praying for me for several years as I had been very ill. The first time I met her she told me what a joy it was to finally meet me in person and to know who she had been praying for. What an incredible faith and love for her lord she had. She will be missed. I will be keeping the family in my prayers as they walk this difficult time.
Standing on His promises,

My sincere condolences with the loss of your mom, Betty. She was indeed a very special person. Someone I had first met when she was working at the Brenham clinic, and years later when she was one of the star volunteers when I ran Higgins branch resale store. Many fond memories of Betty will live on in the hearts of so many who knew and loved her and we will all meet again one day.
Sincerely, Sally Blum
