Mary Elizabeth & Lynn,
We are so very sorry for your loss. We remember both of your parents fondly. Your dad was a "stand up kind of a guy" and your mom's smile would light up the room. She was a joy to be around and always fun!
We all remember fun times at St Peters especially in the choir and Sunday School! Our thoughts and prayers remian with you. I'm so glad we stayed in touch.

Mary Elizabeth and Lynne:
Your mother was a wonderful and fun person. I sit back and laugh at all if the fun we had either at church and in the neighborhood. There are many great stories. She took up for Lisa Adamson and I one Sunday morning when we road our bicycles to early service and then hung around for Sunday school. One of the other mothers made a comment about us being there in shorts and your mother stood up for us and said at least they are here which can't be said for others. God doesn't care about what you wear he cares about what you do and how you follow his words.
I will never forget that and have used that as my life moto.
She will be greatly missed and the two of you will be in my thoughts and prayer.

Dear Mary, Lynn and family,
Your Mother was a very sweet and caring person to me and my family at St. Peter's. She and your Dad are always in my memories of growing up in the church and having that wonderful extended family of church friends!
I also had the pleasure of knowing her in the choir when I came home from college and as a young adult. She always welcomed me home w/ a warm smile.
May God give you all comfort in knowing that she is at peace and w/ your Dad! May God Bless Bettye and may light eternal shine on her always.
Love, Terrie
