Beverly (Christen) Burt - Guestbook

Beverly was such a good friend when I had breast cancer!! She also was a wonderful friend to my Aunt Martha. Through those experiences I got to know Beverly---she was such a Christian.

I know that our Lord has his arms wrapped securely around her---what a joy she is to Heaven.

We were so saddened to hear of the passing of Beverly. What a lovely lady! (in the most true sense of the word) We miss her dearly in our neighborhood, but know that she is in God's neighborhood now.

We were out of town at the time of the services, but our thoughts and prayers were with all of you.

Stephanie and family, my condolences on the death of your mother. Prayers that God will grant you His comfort and peace.

Such a wonderful lady. She was my mentor when I worked at Brenham Junior High School through the VOE program. She taught me a lot about working in an office setting. May God be with all of you that mourn her passing as she was a special person.

Beverly Burt was a truly amazing woman that will be missed by all the citizens she served in life. Her smile was contagious! Her spirit flowed with always looking on the bright side of life. Her visits with breast cancer survivors could turn serious but then her sparkling eyes of optimism and goodness offered hope. We extend our sympathy to her family as well as to those that she reached out and touched. She was a blessing to all of us!

Mrs. Burt was truly an Angel that walked God’s Earth. She ALWAYS had a smile, kind words, and the best of advice. She was a great inspiration to me from the time I first met her in 1972, until I no longer walk this Earth. Many times, when I approach a crossroad, I would think, “What would Mrs. Burt do?” She is very, very special to my entire family. She will never be forgotten, since she will always live in our hearts.
