Billie Marie (Maynard) Jasinski

Billie Jasinski, 93 of Brenham, passed away Wednesday July 22, 2020.

There will be a private graveside service on Sunday, July 26 at Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

Billie Marie Jasinski was born December 17, 1926 in Belton, Texas to Perry and Dora Mae (Clark) Maynard. On June 13, 1944, she married Frank Jasinski. She was employed at Brentex Mills and later by Brenham Independent School District. She worked in food service at Brenham High School. Here she was affectionately known as “the French fry lady”.

Billie had a kind heart. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She made quilts and enjoyed baking.

She was preceded in death by parents, husband, son Dewayne Jasinski, brothers Gene Maynard and George Maynard.

Surviving family includes: daughter, Joy Rybarski and husband Steve (Brenham); son, Lenny Jasinski and wife Dede (Dripping Springs); daughter-in-law, Sharon O'Malley and husband Tommy (Brenham); grandchildren and spouses, Chris and Laurel Rybarski (Liberty Hill), Kevin and Sarah Rybarski (Leander), Matt and Lauren Jasinski (Buda), Starlyn Jasinski (Clear Lake), Mark Jasinski (Austin), Larrissa and Eric Olson (Brenham), Bradley and Amy Jasinski (Brenham), Anthony and Erica Jasinski (Brenham); 13 great grandchildren; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Mary Jo and Don Barnett, Barbara and Wesley Schroeder; numerous nieces and nephews.
