Bobby R. Speck

Bobby R. Speck, 74, of Chappell Hill, Texas passed away Sunday, February 25, 2007 at Hermann Memorial Hospital in Houston, Texas.

Mr. Speck was born June 29, 1932 to Luther and Bennie Schooler Speck in Lamesa, Texas where he attended school. Sgt. Speck retired after 20+ years from the United States Air Force where he proudly served his country. He was married to Donna Speck who preceded him in death on July 25, 2006.

Survivors include his five children Debbie Beard of Logan, Ohio, Wayne Russell of Houston, Texas, Keith Russell of Brenham, Texas, Pam Ratcliff of Cotton Valley, Louisiana and Tammy Watson of San Angelo, Texas; 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Graveside services with full Military Honors for retired Sergeant Speck will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 28, 2007 at Masonic Cemetery in Chappell Hill, Texas with interment to follow. Pastor Woody Woodward of Brenham Bible Church will officiate.

Visitation will be held from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m., prior to service time at the funeral home.
