Carol McEvoy

Carol Jean “Granny” McEvoy, 53, of Burton passed away Friday, January 20, 2012.

Carol was born in Houston, TX September 20, 1958 to Henry Curtis and Dorothy Mae (Jacobs) Parker.

Carol was a member of Lake Loon Riding Partners and enjoyed motorcycle riding, music and spending time with grandbabies.

She was preceded in death by father Curtis Parker.

Survivors include husband Walter McEvoy, mother Dorthy Parker, daughters and son-in-law Francis Krebs, Sherri and Juwaun Smith, brother Curtis Parker, Jr., sisters, Donna Reed and Katherine Gill, step-daughters and son-in-law Debbie McEvoy, Ginny and Bret Korn, step-sons Casey McEvoy and Sonny McEvoy, 10 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, special friends Lake Loon Riding Partners. Carol was loved by many.

Visitation is tonight, Monday, January 23 from 6 to 8 PM at Brenham Memorial Chapel.

Graveside service is Tuesday, January 24 at 10:00 AM at Calvary Catholic Cemetery with Deacon Bill Januszewski, officiating.
