Dearest of neighbors~

I was just told that your mom passed away and I am deeply sorry for your great loss. She was so gracious and kind, beautiful both outside and inside. She will be forever missed, but will remain a legacy in Brenham, TX.

My prayers are with the family.

Loyally,

I first met Carolyn when she was a Senior and served as Band Sweet heart with the Lamar ROTC Band in 1950.Later we both served in Student Government while we were Sophmores at the University of Houston. Many times we would meet and study together in the University Library. I was thrilled when she was name beauty in Frontier fiesta and other venues.
I am grateful to have known such a beauty and wonderful person. I also want to thank another Lamar friend Cordelia Cummings who has kept me updated on Carolyn's health situation.

To all of Carolyn's dear family,
Your Mother and Grandmother set an example to so many as a community leader and as the perfect matriarch of her wonderful family. She was beautiful inside and out and shared her love through so many pathways. It has been a long difficult journey to lose her to Altheimer's in a painful way and you have all handled it with dignity. May your memories bring you joy and your faith give you comfort and peace. Dear Moran Family,

So very sorry to hear for Mrs. Moran's passing. What a beautiful lady of grace, kindness, accomplishment and friendship! We loved knowing Mr. & Mrs. Moran and all your family and having the Rancho Poco Mo Santa Gertrudis cattle connection with our Fuchs family. We also enjoyed another connection as I became a Moran and folks thought we were related. Mr. Dan was so sweet to say that we could be part of their Moran family. Cherish all the fond memories of your sweet mom and the times you spent together to help comfort you in the days ahead. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
With Sympathy,
David, Christy, Madison and Dawson Moran
