Catherine Wetmore - Guestbook

Miss you Cathy. We shared so many good times growing up together. All the adventures we shared and the places we went. Camps, Dancing, sharing secrets.
I am sorry that you lost your life way to soon! Just Blessed that we got to have the time together that we did. I will see you in Gods Glory one day.

For my Family, I love you and pray that you are getting through this storm with Gods Grace to guide you.

So sorry to hear of the passing of Cathy. Our season of life together was very special and I will never forget it. It was so fun being in a band with her! It’s so comforting to know that right now she is having the time of her life with Jesus and all the other joys of heaven!

Dear Wetmore Family,
My deepest condolences to you as you continue through this difficult time. Catherine was a ray of sunshine every time I saw her. She had this positivity inside of her even through difficult days. I enjoyed the way she always brought up the good things and never focused too much on the bad. I learned from her even from the short encounters with her at the bank. She will be missed!

I remember Cathy as the lead singer and songwriter for two evangelistic Christian rock bands... Teacher's Aide and After Image.

My involvement in her life was as a recording engineer/producer for some demo tapes of her bands. This is how I remember her... an energetic, commited, faithful, no nonsense communicator of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

RIP dear sister and enjoy the new place our Savior has prepared for you.

You’re in heaven! I can’t believe you’re gone. From running up and down the Seal Beach pier while eating gummy cokes to singing at my wedding, there are so many sweet memories of you I’ll never forget. Enjoy heaven, sweet Cathy. Looking forward to hearing you sing in Our Lord’s heavenly choir. May your family be comforted by the Holy Spirit until you are all reunited once more.

Cathy sang and shined her bright Holy Spirit light on the little band we called "Teacher's Aide" in the early 80s. I had the privilege to play bass, guitar, and helped produce a video of the song, "Wear It Well." My short time with her and her friends gave me some of my most memorable moments. Every where she went, her angel wings brushed on those she touched. I pray for each and everyone of us who grieve and mourn her passing, but remember, she is dancing, singing, and worshipping the One who saved her, and gave her so many blessings to share with her friends.
