Charles (Chuck) Covey - Guestbook

Dear Cathy,

I read your column in this week's paper and I was so
sorry to hear of your son's death. I had not connected the names before. You are right in saying that parents should not have to bury their children.

You do not know me, but I feel that I know you through your columns. You are a talented writer. May you find comfort in God's love and your family. You will miss him for a long time, but time does ease the pain.

Sincerely,
Bertha Blanchard

Cathy, Elroy, and Family,
We were so saddened at the loss of Chuck. He was a great person and we will miss him dearly. When you needed Chuck he was always there helping out "Pop and Mom". Just remember that he is in a better place now and we all know that God has welcomed him.

TO THE COVEYS FAMILY:

SORRY, FOR THE LOSS OF CHUCK, WITH MY DEEP SYMPATHY.
IT IS SAID THAT WHEN YOU CRY, YOU CRY ALONE BUT THAT ISN'T TRUE. THE SADNESS YOU ARE FEELING IS FELT BY LOVED ONES AROUND YOU. OUR LOSS HERE ON EARTH, IS THE LORD'S GAIN IN HEAVEN. MAY YOU FIND COMFORT IN KNOWING THAT YOU'RE NOT ALONE.

MAY GOD BLESS THE FAMILY.

FRIEND.
