Colleen White

Colleen White age 66 of Brenham passed away suddenly on Friday November 16, 2012. She was born in Houston, Texas on July 22, 1946. Colleen was an active volunteer with the Forever Young Resale Shop in Brenham and enjoyed shopping. Colleen had a zest for life and never met a stranger. She cared for her family deeply, always making sure their needs were met. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She will be deeply missed by her family.

Surviving family includes her loving husband, John W. White of Brenham; daughter and son-in-law Gale and Mike Decuir of Brenham; two grandchildren, John Michael Decuir and Matthew Colin Decuir; as well as half-brother, Clarence Curtis Langford Jr., of Magnolia, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her mother, Colleen Langford in 2001.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 20, 2012 from 6 PM to 8 PM in the Brenham Memorial Chapel. Funeral services will be Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at 10 AM in the Brenham Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow at Friedens United Church of Christ Cemetery in Gay Hill.
