Curt Paulson

Curt Paulson, age 66, of Brenham, passed away Monday, April 28, 2008 at the family home.

Curt was born August 13, 1941 in Billings, Montana to Clifford Paulson and Ava Osse Paulson. A proud graduate of Montana State University, he received his Ph.D in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston. His proudest career achievement was his work at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson in Houston. He proudly served as a Lieutenant Commander in the United States Navy. On June 27, 1992 he married Carol Schmitz. He was a member of Christ the Good Shepard in Spring, Texas. His passions were his grandchildren, the outdoors and woodworking.

He was preceded in death by his father, Clifford Paulson.

Loved ones include his wife Carol Paulson; mother Ava Adams; children Matt and Tonya Paulson, Clay Paulson and Renata Castelo, Drew Paulson and Ryan Davies, Bill Schmitz, Carey and Thomas Gregg, Jennifer and Michael Snodgrass, Jill and Marcus Johnson; grandchildren Christian and Jackson Paulson, Megan Snodgrass, Ashley, Jason and Dylan Gregg; sisters and brother-in-law Claire Webber of Billings, Montana, Gail and Mike Alexander of Seattle, Washington as well as numerous other family members and friends.

Family will greet friends and relatives prior to the memorial service from 10-11 a.m.

A memorial service is set for 11 a.m., Friday, May 2, 2008 in Brenham Memorial Chapel with Deacon Bill Januszewski, as officiant.
