This young lady meant the world to me even though we haven't seen each other in over 40 years. Rest in peace sweetheart and God bless your family, there will always be a special place in my heart for you.

Debbie, was the sister that I never had. I hope you boys know how much you meant to your Mom. She would have done anything in the world for you and your children, her grandchildren. All Debbie ever wanted was someone to love her as she loved them. I know Debbie is in a much better place and God is giving her the love that she needs. Please take very special care of Missy for her, that dog was her life. Debbie and I have been friends for over 35 years. I will truly miss her but I know she is ok now. I will try to keep in touch with you and check on Missy. I love you Debbie...And will miss you. Cody and Michael, Please call me if you need anything. (281) 807-7199.

Debbie was such a large part of our family. She was the most loving, beautiful, caring person our family ever knew. She had such a hard life and struggled trying to keep her life on a straight path and I believe she did thru her love for her sons, their wives and grandchildren and Missy, who she loved with all of her heart.
Our family has so many fond memories of Debbie. Judy was her best friend in school, my boys were her "brothers" and George and I her extended "Mom and Dad". We loved her and will miss her and pray she is at peace. God has her now and I know he will take good care of "Our Debbie!"

Debbie was a wonderful sweet-natured woman who had many, many difficulties in life. She and her dog Missy, were very close and so much in-sync with each other.
Debbie was very, very proud of her 2 sons, her daughter's-in-law and her grandchildren. She was so very happy about how much better their lives had turned out. All of them brought great happiness into her life and she often emailed pictures of them all around the internet. She would often tell me about the good things going on in their lives. She counted it as a great blessing that her sons married such good women and that she was so early blessed with grandchildren.
I can remember some fun times that she and I and our other roommate, Mark Kuehne had at my house on Quadros Pass. I recall that Debbie became a Christian and was baptized about 1997. She prayed often and fervently.
I know that she was very honest and would never bring harm to others. She was always disturbed whenever others were harmed.
She loved children and was proud of charity work that she did at a hospital years earlier.
I have and still do, count her among my best friends.
Many years ago, I had a close friend whose wife had committed suicide. Several days after the funeral he lay upon his bed at dusk. His wife appeared before him in a vision telling him that everything was alright and that she was in a wonderful place. This vision brought a great peace to him.
I like to think (and believe) that Debbie is in a far better place and that she has achieved the great happiness that she was unable to find upon this Earth.
I regret that I was not able to attend her memorial service.
I will miss her very much.
I love you Debbie!
Always,
Bob

My heart and prayers go out to your family. I last saw Debra at our school reunion in Aug. '03. and it was such a joy spending time with her that evening...she talked alot about her family (she was so excited being a grandma!!!) I can still see her smiling and hear her laughing...one could see that she was having fun talking with everyone and taking pictures that evening. (I just regret forgetting my camera at home.) Debra and I continued to talk over the phone a few times after the reuion. She touch my life and I am so blessed for that. I know that she will be missed dearly...just remember that she was proud of you...(her children and grandkids) and she will live forever in your heart.
