Donnie Eaves

Donnie Duane Eaves, 55, of Brenham and the adopted son of the Most High God and follower of Jesus Christ our Savior, passed away Monday, September 15, 2008.

Donnie was born March 6, 1953 in McKenzie, Tenn. to Dillard Duane Eaves and Orben Allene Chapman. He was a devoted husband of thirty-one years and a loving father and grandfather. Above all, he loved spending time with his family eating, fishing and telling stories. He also enjoyed reading and horses. He was a smart, compassionate man with a huge hug that matched his heart.

Donnie will be remembered always by his beautiful wife Diane, his “my one and only” son Duane, daughter-in-law Eva, granddaughters Selah and Orbin Mae and many others.

A memorial will be held at Brenham Memorial Chapel Thursday, September 18, 2008 at 2:30 PM.
