Doris Noerenberg

Doris Noerenberg, 91 of Brenham and the widow of Willie Noerenberg, passed away Monday, February 10, 2014 in Brenham Nursing & Rehab. Visitation will be from
6-8 p.m., Wednesday, February 12 in Brenham Memorial Chapel. Funeral service is
2:00 p.m., Thursday, February 13 at Salem Evangelical Lutheran Church of Salem with Pastor Toby Burk officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Doris was born January 21, 1923 in the Muellersville Community of Washington County to Walter Sr and Minnie (Hurtig) Hueske. She was baptized May 27, 1923, confirmed March 21, 1937 and married Willie Noerenberg on February 23, 1946 all taking place in Salem Evangelical Lutheran Church of Salem.

Doris loved to cook and tend to her vegetable and flower gardens.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Willie, 3 brothers and 1 sister.

Her loving family survives: sons and daughter-in-law Billie Noerenberg, Gary and Debbie Noerenberg; grandchildren Lucas Noerenberg and friend Christina Marinas and Brianna Noerenberg and fiancé Justin Bell; sister-in-law Gladys Hueske; along with nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be given to Salem Evangelical Lutheran Church of Salem.
