Dr. Robert Schaer Stark - Guestbook

Robert was the only real friend I had when I moved to Brenham in 1985 for my first practice. His mother and family made us feel welcome. Although we drifted apart when I moved to College Station, I always thought of him as my friend. He was what I call the consummate family practice doctor. Family, faith, friends, and patients were his source of energy. If Bubba reads this send me an email. chuck sanders

Beth, I was so shocked and deeply saddened to hear of Roberts passing! My heart breaks for you and your children. He was truly one of a kind and will be missed by so many!! I always enjoyed my interactions with him, whatever they were and admired him for just being who he was. I pray for Gods healing hand, mercy, comfort, care and love to surround you now and in the days/weeks/years to come!

Stark Family,
Dr. Stark was so special to my boys. They cherished every gift that he gave them. He always thought of others. He hosted the best 4th of July celebrations. He loved his Longhorns. He truly bled burnt orange. We were so lucky to have known him. We pray the Lord provides you all with peace, strength, and comfort knowing he is now in his loving arms.

Beth and family: My heart truly hurts for you! Robert was always so much bigger than life so it’s extremely difficult to imagine him gone. I have so many good memories of him at the hospital throughout the years. He had a wicked sense of humor that matched mine and we were often partners in crime. Please know that I am lifting you up in prayer!

With great love, Rebecca Schroeder

PS: I’m sure Robert has already discussed the Longhorn’s current football woes with God!!!!

Dear Beth and Family,
Our community will feel a rippling effect of loss. Robert was influential, generous, and an example of goodness. He quietly helped and shared...he led without pushing. (...and I think he bled orange!!)
May you be comforted to know that he truly made a difference...cherish your memories and continue his legacy.

Dear Beth, Jules and family - I was so very sorry to hear of Robert's passing. It is difficult to imagine a man who was so filled with life to be now gone. Robert was loved by so many people - but mostly by his family! We know this is a tremendous loss and our thoughts and prayers are with each of you. The world is a little less bright without his laugh and smile.

Dear Stark Family and most especially Julianna, I only met Dr. Stark once, at Julianna's wedding, but he was larger than life in spirit and character. I know how much Julianna loved her Daddy and, through her, I got to know of him a little more. I am sorry for his suffering and now for yours. He will always be missed.
My warmest hug to you all as you honor his memory.
Respectfully,
Lindsay
