Ellie Jane Sierra

Ellie Jane Sierra passed away on Monday, June 1, 2020. Ellie was welcomed into the world on November 21, 2019 to parents Jennifer Prieto and Nico Sierra of Brenham.

Though her life was short, Ellie brought much joy to those around her. She was a beautiful baby girl with a loving and sweet personality. Ellie was always so excited to see the familiar smiling faces in her life. She was so happy when her friends and family would dance and sing with her. Her big brown eyes would sparkle with joy when she would laugh and act silly with them.

Ellie’s surviving loved ones includes: mom Jenny Prieto; dad Nico Sierra; Grandma Leticia Prieto; Grandpa Miguel Prieto; Grandpa Lee Sierra; aunts Jessica Prieto, Crystal Adrian, Breanna Sierra, and Jillian Sierra; uncles Martin Adrian Jr. and Sebastian Sierra; and many loving family members and friends.

Ellie is preceded in death by: Ramon Prieto, Juan Gonzalez, Eric Adrian, Michelle Stroud, and Lucas “Cookie” Sierra.

Viewing will be from 8:00 am – 7:00 pm on Monday, June 8, 2020, at Brenham Memorial Chapel. Beginning at 7:00 pm, the rosary will be recited and there will be a time for sharing memories of Ellie.

Funeral Mass for Ellie will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, June 9, 2020, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Brenham.

Following the mass, Ellie will be laid to rest at Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Nico Sierra, Daniel Gonzalez, Lee Sierra, Martin Adrian, Sebastian Sierra and Kevin Orozco.
