I met Ms. Jean when she worked at Walmart. When I first saw her, I could not take my eyes off her because she looked so much like my beloved Aunt Loura Gene. I told her about my Aunt and how much I missed her. We conversed a bit and I went my way.
Every time I saw her after that, I always got a hug from her, which to me was very special. The last time I saw her, I got my hug, but I could tell she had become very fragile. But that smile was as bright and beautiful as always. May her family feel comforted in knowing she is with her heavenly Father and family. Being in the presence of our heavenly Father is what we all long for. I feel very blessed to have met someone as special as she was.

Sharon,
I just heard about the sad news of Emma Jean. She was such a beautiful lady and a joy to be around. Somehow when she and Rex would come to Point many years ago we always seemed to be be walking the same time. We would talk about the "good ole days" and they would ask about the same people we knew and before you knew it we were finished with our walk.
I'm sure heaven is shouting with joy but am sure she will be sorely missed by all who knew her.
May you have peace, Kathy

What a beautiful lady. Her physical beauty was outshadowed by her beautiful heart and soul.
She was a true joy to be around. I will miss seeing her smiling face. May God and his angels take good care of her.

My name is Stacy Daniels. I had the pleasure of working with Mrs. Jean at Wal-Mart while I was in college. Mrs. Jean had a smile that always brightened my day. I enjoyed our daily chats. She often talked about her family and she always offered me encouraging words and wisdom. I consider it nothing but a pure blessing to work with her and to know her. She lead a beautiful life and I'm so thankful that the Lord allowed us to cross paths. She will be forever missed and thought of on a daily basis. I love you Mrs. Jean, you were a rare jewel. Until we meet again.
