Estella Hartfiel Huebner

Estella Huebner, 81 of Industry, passed away Wednesday, April 2, 2008 in Trinity Medical Center.

Estella was born April 4, 1926 in Frelsburg to Otto E. and Frieda (Hartfield) Hartfiel. On April 16, 1926 she was baptized in Trinity Lutheran Church of Frelsburg and confirmed there on May 25, 1941. She attended school in Frelsburg. On November 10, 1946 she married Otto William Huebner in Welcome Lutheran Church by Rev. W. Wolf. She was a member of Salem Lutheran Church of Welcome and its Ladies Circle. She took pride in cooking, canning vegetables and caring for her grandchildren.

Her parents and husband Otto on March 9, 2004; four sisters and two brothers preceded her in death.

Survivors are children Robert L. Huebner and wife Tina, Linda Huebner, Steve Huebner all of Industry; grandchildren Krystal, Jonathan, Lindsey, Steve Allen, Jr., and Matthew Ryan Huebner; sisters-in-law Delores Huebner of Bellville, Tex and Alita Holtz of Shreveport, LA; numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 pm., Friday, April 4 in Brenham Memorial Chapel.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 5, 2008 in Salem Evangelical Lutheran Church of Welcome with Rev. David Klak officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Pallbearers are John Hartfiel, Arlynn Hartfiel, Leland Oeser, Jack Lorentz, Eric Wayne Glenewinkel and Kenneth Huebner. Honorary pallbearers are Dr. Frank Leal, Jr. and Bouche Mickey.

Memorials may be given to Bleiblerville Fire Department or Salem Lutheran Church of Welcome Building Fund.
