Gale (Snearly) Kwiatkowski

Gale Snearly Kwiatkowski, age 75, widow of Theodore "Tado" Kwiatkowski, Sr., passed away April 27, 2020. She was born in Houston to Lee Roy and Virgie Reed Snearly. She was baptized and confirmed in the Catholic faith. Tado and Gale were married at Christ the King Catholic Church in Houston, on May 29, 1965. Gale was the parish secretary at St. Mary Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Brenham for 31 years (1982-2013), having worked with 8 wonderful pastors.

Gale is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Wynona "Sissi" and Mark Wellmann; sons and daughters-in-law, Theodore "Chip" Kwiatkowski, Jr., Matt and Kelly (Wellmann) Kwiatkowski, and Lenny and Laura (Hintz) Kwiatkowski; grandchildren, Ashley and husband Tom Del Zoppo, Aaron Wellmann, Kylie Dasbach, Reagan and husband Brandon Wasut, Jacob Kwiatkowski, Alex Kwiatkowski and fiancée Fatima Aguado Espinosa, Joe Kwiatkowski, Hanna Kwiatkowski; great-granddaughters Maelynn and Jessi Lynn Wasut; brothers and sisters-in-law, Bill and Barbara Snearly, Jerry and Karen Snearly; sister and brother-in-law, Norma and Bill Pollizzio; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Edward "Shorty" and Lillian Kwiatkowski, Shirley Kwiatkowski, and Patsy and John Chovanec; many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews; and great-great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; parents in-law Stella and Pete Kwiatkowski, Sr.; sister, Betty Jo Snearly; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Pete Kwiatkowski, Jr. and Harold and Martha Lanford, Regina Kwiatkowski, Marie Kwiatkowski; nephews, Sonny Bilski, Jr. and Allen Schulze.

Visitation will be Friday, May 1 from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. at Brenham Memorial Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial private for family will be held Saturday, May 2 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church with Rev. Ernesto Elizondo as celebrant. Burial will follow at Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Brenham.

Honorary pallbearers will be her nephews: Mark Kwiatkowski, Robert Kwiatkowski, Jimmy Kwiatkowski, Dean Kwiatkowski, Jon Kwiatkowski, Justin Snearly, Eric Boales and Thomas Wright.
