To Ms. Gale's family my condolences. When for a while I had a branch of my business in Brenham Ms. Gale would always be so helpful in providing for my religious articles, Mass times etc. at Saint Mary's. Heaven has gained a true angel. Till we meet again Gale you will be missed but never forgotten. God bless the family. Thank you Jesus for giving us Gale to share!

Gale was one of those people whom you don’t meet very often. I only knew her for a few weeks while my mom shared a room with her in her last days. Gale was such a comfort and help to us as my mom passed on. Sometimes it’s obvious when God places a certain person in your life. Gale was heaven sent to my mom and to me and my family. I will never forget her love and kindness. Prayers to her family.

We were so sorry to hear about Gale's death. She was the most wonderful, caring and friendly lady anyone would meet. We will truly miss her. Now she's in heaven with some of her friends and family having a great time. May God bless the family during this sad time. My sister, Valeria Mueller, died in January. She would always say, "Gale" is my best friend. They would talk all the time. We miss them both. May they rest in peace.

Aunt Gale,

You have always been a special person in my life and now your in heaven with Tado and Marie talking about canning saurkraut or even butchering chickens. Those memories among others like learning how to play Last Chance I will hold close to my heart and treasure them. You turned me on to Hellmann's Mayonnaise being that was the only way to eat a Bologna sandwich. LOL....All these memories even the ones to Washington on the Brazos was always a yearly one day trip where we ALL had fun. I know Tado was singing when he saw you coming home to him. I will miss you, your smile, your prayers, our talks/texts and most of all your loving hugs to let me know that all will be ok and this to shall pass, you would end it saying Keep your Faith and I love you Cindy...Aunt Gale I love you too and continue watching over me tell my momma and Busha Hi and I love you and miss for me. Thanks for being an angel all my years, Heaven got an Amazing Angel on his Team of your family.
Til we meet again....

Love You

I will miss Gale more than you know. She always knew everything going on. She always lifted my spirits when I was there to lift hers! She loved her family so much and that is the part that hurts so much. She will be missed but know that she was so loved. I am reminded time and time again that God has a place for us. She has found her place and is having the time of her life.

My prayers and thoughts are with you all. We love you all!

There is a lot I could say about this wonderful angel on earth named Gale who started out in my life as my kindergarten religion teacher who taught me to cross my thumbs when I prayed because that made a cross!!!
There are no words that are worthy of her but for me there is a story I want to share about how she and Tado always made me feel a part of their family... it was the time that I left to go to college in Galveston and EVERYONE I knew got seashells for presents that next year for Christmas (I just thought everyone loved them as much as I did!!)and for Gale I did not just get her just one seashell Christmas ornament but a WHOLE SET of Christmas seashell tree ornaments!!and Tado got a seagull cap!!and looking back I will never forget how she put ALL those ornaments on her tree and Tado wore that cap so proudly or at least pretended to!! I laugh out loud when I think of this and how selfless they were!! They always made me feel like part of their family and I will never forget all their acts of kindness towards me that they gave me without second thought!!!
I have learned you cannot TEACH love like she did in religion class....you have to LIVE it....like you are lighting another person's candle when it is out and that is what she did for me...even at the end she was there for me relighting my candle when I needed it and I feel so honored and blessed that God let her be an angel on earth and now in heaven for me. And thank you Sissi, Chip, Matt and Lenny for sharing her with me! I love you all so much!!!!!
P.S. And thank you to Momma Gale for ALL the prayers that you have prayed for me ever since the first day I started running around with Sissi LOL!!!!! your prayers are what kept us safe!! I know that for a fact!!! Amen and Alleluia!!

Kwiatkowski family,
We are so sad to hear of your loss. Your mother was such a beautiful person - always kind and friendly to those around her and thinking of others before herself. Her servant's heart has certainly been recognized in Heaven! We are sending prayers for God to grant you comfort and peace as you endure these sad days, knowing that she is now fully healed and reunited with Tado.

A heartfelt tribute to a wonderful sister-in-law. The moment she met you, you became part of her wonderful world. She loved to share funny stories, loved to play games, loved to laugh, loved music/dance, loved her family/friends, loved her church but most of all, loved our God and our Savior Jesus Christ. Thank you for loving me, because I surely loved you and will miss you always. Fly, my sweet angel, with those you’ll reunite with in Heaven?!? Barbara Evans Snearly

I don’t believe anyone could ever describe the beautiful soul of our beloved sister Gale. When my sister married a Polish rockstar from Brenham, I thought she’d lost her mind, turned out he was an all around good guy. Together they raised up a great family of responsible citizens to help populate a great Texas town.

Gale was a inspiration to her family, friends, and her Faith. We will miss her deeply, but rejoice in the fact that she is in the hands of God, and “together again” with Tado, and a loving Family that proceeded her.

I love you dear Sister, God will bless you, you were an Angle on earth.

We loved Aunt Gale with all our hearts! She was always full of laughter, love and compassion for everyone around her.

I will always cherish summers with her in Brenham, listening to the many fun stories she and my Grandmother would share, and her love for music. I know she's enjoying hearing Tado play I've Got a Tiger By The Tail, and watching over us.

Gale,
We will miss your smile and laughter and kindness and understanding. You were so much to so many and you touched our lives in so many wonderful ways. God called you home to his loving arms and now you will be reunited with Ted(Together again), Stella, Pete Sr and Pete Jr, Virgie, Lee Roy, Betty Jo, and many more family and friends.
Together, you and Ted created a beautiful loving family...Children, Grandchildren & great Grandchildren. What a Blessing!
Thank you for being a part of our lives and making a difference in who we are, because of you. You shared so much of yourself to make other feel better about themselves and your hugs will be missed. St Mary's was blessed to have had you and you help others through happy and troubled times.
We now have a Guardian Angel in Heaven, so keep an eye on us, you know we need looking after. You never judged others and reassured us that everything will be ok and that this too shall pass. Pray for us and we will pray for you. We will miss all the Mass cards you shared with us over the years, and the funny cards too.
You were the best sister that anyone could ever have and will always have a place in our hearts dear Sister. God Bless You, may you have eternal rest

Heaven definitely gained a true angel. Such a sweet lady. We know the entire St Mary's family is saddened as well as anyone else that had the pleasure of knowing her. It's just not fair to her to not be able to have a public funeral she deserves. The church would overflow.
Time will slowly heal the pain, but the memories remain forever.

Dear family,
Looking at the previous postings, it seems everyone has their own special memories of Gale, as do I. I recall working beside her selling tickets at the many outdoor church festivals.
While the rest of us would work our 2 or 3 hour shifts and leave, she would stay and work the whole day! I recall when she retired as church secretary, it took at least 3 people to replace her. Yet when she was the only one doing everything, she never seemed stressed, always calm, gentle and soft spoken.. Just got the job done.
I guess I grew closer to her than ever this past year when she was a fierce prayer warrior for my son in law Joe in his 10 month battle with cancer until his death. She faithfully coordinated the entire prayer team and we exchanged many texts. So glad I got to see her in person after one of the Masses there before everything shut down to visitors.
We exchanged Easter greetings via text. Our last communication was on Tues Apr 21. I checked in to see how she was doing and she said she and her roommate were fine. As usual she was more concerned about the other residents and staff than herself. I treasure that text and will save it on my phone.
I know I’m not telling y’all anything you didn’t already know about what a wonderful person Gale was, but I just wanted y’all to hear it from someone else. I loved her dearly and will never forget her. In my opinion, the Pope needs to start the canonization process. We need a “St. Gale” to intercede for us.
Love, peace and comfort to all !

As a close friend from our teenage years, over the years I enjoyed receiving all of Gale’s “bragging letters” about her kids, grandkids and about Tado and his escapades playing in the band. Gale was so proud of them all. Gale and Tado raised the kind of family that makes America great—-faith in God, Love and good hard work. Gale was a guiding light to her family and in the community in which she served at the church. I will miss her dearly, but she lives in my heart forever.

Dear Kwiatkowski family, your family has been long time friends. As St.Marys church secretary for many years I recall asking Gale to find some long ago birth & marriage records in the church books. She not only found those but had confirmation, first communion & marriage & death. She so kindly entered all per person on separate Record sheets. I was so impressed & a beautiful hand writing too. A very happy person that enjoyed life & found the good in everyone. After her retirement she kept up with everyone via phone, email & visits. I know her family & friends will miss her dearly & I know she will be with you in spirit. May the good Lord grant her eternal rest and let perpetual light shine upon her.
