We send our sincere sympathies to you and your family at the passing of Gary Don and Janice King.

We were their friends for many years--in fact, I can hardly remember when we did not know them.

We attended worship services with them for many years; and also attended their yearly 'picnics'time and again.

Gary Don and Janice were so thoughtful, so caring and compassionate, and we appreciate their
examples though the years.

Our thoughts and prayers are with their entire
family a this time.

With love, Marilyn Gann Oden

Your parents were a very important part of my life. Even after I married, they stayed in contact with my mother, Oretha Anthony Pennock. I was in a panic one year, cabbage patch dolls could not be bought, and that is what my daughter wanted from Santa. Your mother came through and made me a cabbage patch doll for her, and I still have it. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Your parents were loved. Praying for ya'll at this time. Janice Lee was my cousin and she and Gary Don were such a big part of my childhood. Even though there was some distance between our homes they always were special people in my brother and my life. My Dad sang in there wedding and family legend had it when the preacher said you “you may kiss the bride” I stood up and said “hot dog”. Every year my wife and I get an anniversary card with the words “hot dog and love Janice Lee and Gary Don”. The family can take comfort in the fact they were devoted Christians and lived a Christian life. Our prayers are with Rebecca, Jeffery, Donna Sue and Bailey.

I could not elaborate on the words of Joe Gann. Gary Don and Janice were great examples. Prayers and thoughts are with the family.
