Gerald was a wonderful man who always had a smile for everyone. His love for the children in this community was evident in all the years he served in the Brenham school. May your memories bring you joy and your faith give you peace and comfort.

We are so sorry to hear of Mr.Krause's passing. He was such a wonderful man and taught me so much in the years our children where on his campus. Your families will be in our thoughts and prayers!

Our sincere sympathy on the death of Mr. Krause. He was such a nice man and always so outgoing and friendly. I know his last years have been tough. I hope now he will rest in peace and I know he will enjoy being back with his loved ones and with his Lord. Many thoughts and prayers are with you all during this sad time. Memories are wonderful things and blessings God gives us to keep our loved ones in our hearts.

So very sorry to hear of Mr. Krause's illness and passing. What a wonderful, influential man and leader! He affected many young peoples lives and it is neat to drive by his namesake daily and have had my children attend Krause Elementary School, named after this special man. Tom and I were so sorry to hear of Gerald’s passing. We enjoyed our friendship with both him and Dolly through the years. I also had the privilege of teaching at Brenham Intermediate School where he was my principal. What a great guy who was so supportive of his teachers. I have some wonderful memories of working with him. Rest in peace, Mr. Krause.

My sympathy to all the Krause Family. I first knew him when I was in junior high and he was serving as assistant principal. He was always so kind and fair and we the students thought he was the greatest! Prayers for you all that God will grant you His comfort and peace.

Mr. Krause was an exceptional educator and human being. Always smiling and had the command of a great leader which is why he was such a good principal. He loved children and did an awesome job with not only his school children but his own family. Mr. Krause was my boss when I was a senior in High School and he and Janet Renner were great examples of what work and relationships were all about. I enjoyed that year very much and will always have a special place in my heart for this man.

School I was there for 25 years so I am so grateful for his help I remember him well He also was ONE OF MY TEACHERS--ALGEBRA IF I REMEMBER CORRECTLY
