I am so sorry for your loss. We shared lots of meals and conversations at the “community table” at the Burton Cafe. Mr. Ponder was a gentleman among men and he will be greatly missed.

Jayme, I'm so sorry about Harley's sudden passing. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. Just over a week ago we were together at the ExxonMobil Retiree Luncheon in College Station. Harley enjoyed his Exxon assignment in Baton Rouge almost 50 years ago and likewise I did too. Those were happy days. Take Care.----Jim

Dear Richard,

Ricky, Jimmy, Mike. -- Have known all of you since the early 60's I guess. Sorry to hear of Harly's passing.

I have known the Ponders since I was small. Harley always gave an easy smile, a kind word and had a happy heart. He will be missed and will remain loved.

My prayers go out to your entire family at this time. I worked with Harley at the Baton Rouge Plastics Plant many years ago.
