Jayme,
I am so sorry for your loss. We shared lots of meals and conversations at the “community table” at the Burton Cafe. Mr. Ponder was a gentleman among men and he will be greatly missed.

Prayers for you and your family,

Jayme, I'm so sorry about Harley's sudden passing. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. Just over a week ago we were together at the ExxonMobil Retiree Luncheon in College Station. Harley enjoyed his Exxon assignment in Baton Rouge almost 50 years ago and likewise I did too. Those were happy days. Take Care.----Jim

Dear Richard,

You have my deepest sympathy during this time of loss. I thank the Lord, as I'm sure you're doing, that one day, soon, we'll see our earthly fathers again along with our heavenly Father in the land "that is fairer than day."

May our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ cover you and your loved ones with His peace that passes understanding,. You will be in my thoughts and prayers during this Christmas season. Peace be with you.

Sincerely,

I have known the Ponders since I was small. Harley always gave an easy smile, a kind word and had a happy heart. He will be missed and will remain loved.

My prayers go out to your entire family at this time. I worked with Harley at the Baton Rouge Plastics Plant many years ago.
