Herbert was one of the nicest people I ever knew. We attended St.Mary's school and BHS together.
When his family was killed in auto wreck, I served as pallbearer for his sister when we were at St.Marys. When visiting my mom and taking her to mass, we would usually see Herbert. He would always come over to greet us. Deeply sorry for losing a great person.
