Ineta Honea

Ineta Honea, 85 of Brenham, passed away Thursday, February 14, 2013 at her home.

Ineta was born March 24, 1927 in Reed, Oklahoma to parents Marion and Della (Beard) Elliott. She was a devoted homemaker.

She was preceded in death by: husbands, Orvell Clancy and R.T. “Randy” Honea; sons, Larry Clancy, Raymond Wayne Clancy, and Cecil Clancy.

Her surviving family includes: daughters, Laverne Clancy and Linda Cavanaugh; sons, Wayne Clancy and his wife Bobbie and Melvin Clancy; ten grandchildren, Mary, Anna, Frank, Katherine, Milani, Christopher, Wayne, J.D., Jimmy, Ashley; ten great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.

Visitation will be Sunday, February 17th from 3-5 p.m. in Brenham Memorial Chapel.

Funeral service will be held Monday, February 18th at 10 a.m. also in Brenham Memorial Chapel with Rev. Bob Craig officiating. Private interment will be in the Woodlawn Garden of Memories, Houston.

The family has suggested memorials be giving to the Calvary Baptist Church, 1100 Niebuhr, Brenham, Texas 77833.
