The the Jaster, Hanak, and Schaper families,

Sending prayers for comfort and peace. Jakob had a special place in my heart. I actually met him when he was pulling permits at the City and his infectious smile and personality immediately drew me to him. He later trained Madisyn and never failed to speak when we saw him. Praying you find comfort in knowing that he is at home with our Lord. No more struggles...just happiness and peace. Always know that it wasn't goodbye... just goodbye for a while.

Love,

I am so sorry to hear this news. My heart goes out to all the family in this most devestating time. Jakob was my personal trainer and such a gentleman. I told him you helped me walk again after having a total knee replacement.
What a beautiful smile he had and he was so happy when he told me he was having a little girl.
God has gained another angel but much too soon.
May God surround you all with his love and comfort each of you in this most terrible time. God Bless you little Sutton.

God Bless.

Vicki,
I remember the first time I met Jakob as he was a new student in my 4th grade class at Alton. Jakob talked about joining roller hockey and asked many questions knowing my boys played at Silverwings.
On his first game, I told him IF he scored a goal, which may be difficult if this was his first time playing, I would not give him math homework. Jakob proved to be an excellent, dedicated player. I don't think he ever did math homework the rest of the year!
Peace be with you. Our sincere condolences go out to you and your family.

To Jakob's family and friends I send my sincere and deepest sympathy for your loss.

He and his family were neighbors of my son Patrick and I for a few years when he was a young boy. He was a cute, blonde-headed, four-year-old tyke when we first met him. All of us who lived on our street then will always remember him riding up and down our street with his dad, Brad, on a go-kart or motorcycle, with his best little macho attitude on and a pacifier in his mouth. I'm sure that memory would have brought a big smile to his face.

During this Holy Week may it comfort his family to remember that Jesus said, (John 14:3, KJV) "and if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also."

With Sympathy,

Dear Vicki & families: My heart is and has been breaking since yeaterday— I loved Jakob, as I did all the kids in the old neighborhood. When we saw him awhile back at a VFW steak supper, I truly did not recognize him, as he was all grown up; but still so polite, friendly and handsome, as he always was. I felt honored to get a hug from him that night and again at Hannah’s wedding. I send my love and sincere sympathy to you, his wife & baby girl, as well as the entire family. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
With my love & deepest sympathy always, Wanda Kramer
