To the family of Mr. Theeck,

For many years, my brother and I exhibited Commercial Heifers at the Washington County Fair. During those years, we were blessed to get to know the kind and hard working man Mr. Theeck was. He was a great example of someone who genuinely cared about every kid in that show arena each year. When it came to the sale on Friday, he would sit up top with that cowboy hat and microphone and make sure that we all received top dollar for our animal(s). His kindness and support through all of those years will never be forgotten by so many of us that exhibited. He truly was one of a kind.

Thank you for allowing him to share his time and knowledge of the cattle industry with us for all of those years. You can be assured he made a difference in the lives of many young people. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.

May God Bless You All,

Bridget (Schulte) Bartels and Family

Our thoughts and prayers with your family during this diffcult time. I will always remember the heifer I got from Mr. Theeck that I named Ms. T, and also all the heifer shows that he judged. He was a great cattleman that touched so many lives. I am sure Mr. Jim is up there picking out the perfect F1 heifer.

Mrs. Theeck, Clay, Shannon and family,
So sad to hear about the passing of Mr. Theeck. He was a great man that I admired and respected. My fondest memory comes from many years ago when I picked out my first Santa Getrudis heifer at Mayfair. That was the start of many special years in my life showing cattle...great friends, experiences and opportunities. Thanks for the memories!
May fond memories help you all in the days ahead as you face this challenging time. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dear Mrs. Theeck and family,

I will miss my from-the-truck talks with "Coach" Theeck, always knowledgeable and helpful with advice based on his long and rich experience in the ranching business. He succeeded for a long time while others were failing. Jim was just the best because he loved his work and found the joy in what he did no matter how difficult the weather, the market, or the challenges.

So while I will miss him, I also note how he is still looking out for us - look at how quickly he got us some rain.

Kind regards,

Glen Boudreaux

Dear Theeck Family,
I really thought alot about Jim last week and missed seeing him in the recliner in the Heifer office. He would have been pleased with the sale. My thoughts and prayers go out to each of you. We will continue to lift you all up in prayer. Peace be with you all.

Dody, Clay & Shannon:

Jim has been part of our family's thoughts & lives for over 35 years. Even though he was "a man's man" he was always thoughtful, carrying and compassionate to everyone he came in contact with. We were blessed to have him in our lives!

All of you will be remembered each time we attend a stockshow. Jim was always there if the girls or I needed help.

Your loss is also this world's loss! Our thoughts and prayers are with the Theeck family.
